This Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which the user clicks “Agree” or successfully registers.

Article 1: Acceptance and Confirmation of the Agreement

1. Before using the cloud mining services provided by this platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), users should carefully read and fully understand this Agreement (including all rules, announcements, and supplementary agreements). By clicking “Agree” or registering an account, the user agrees to all terms of this Agreement and enters into a legally binding contract with the Platform.
2. This Agreement includes, but is not limited to, the main body of this Agreement, announcements published by the Platform, various rules, and periodic updates issued by the Platform. All of these form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.

Article 2: Definitions

1. Platform: Refers to the cloud mining service platform for Bitcoin mining.
2. User: Refers to any natural or legal person who registers, logs in, and uses the services provided by the Platform.
3. Cloud Mining Machine: Refers to virtual computing power products purchased by users on the Platform to participate in Bitcoin mining simulations and rewards.

Article 3: User Registration and Account Security

1. Users must be natural persons with full civil capacity or legal entities validly existing under the law.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities under their account.

Article 4: Service Content

1. The Platform provides users with cloud mining services, including but not limited to computing power leasing, mining income distribution, and related technical support.
2. The Platform reserves the right to update or adjust service content based on market conditions and technical requirements.

Article 5: Fees and Payments

1. Users must pay the corresponding fees when purchasing cloud mining products. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Platform.
2. The Platform reserves the right to adjust product prices and service fees at any time.

Article 6: Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

1. Investment Risk: Digital currency mining involves high risks. The value of computing power and mining rewards may fluctuate significantly due to market conditions. Users should participate based on their own risk tolerance. The Platform does not guarantee specific profits or returns.
2. Technical Risk: The Platform is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, hacker attacks, technical failures, network delays, or changes in national policies and regulations.
3. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for any losses resulting from their own actions, including but not limited to account credential loss or improper operation. The Platform is not liable if users violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

Article 7: User Code of Conduct

Users shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall not use the Platform for illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.

Article 8: Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Platform and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Article 9: Termination of Service

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if they violate this Agreement or engage in fraudulent activities.

Article 10: Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

1. The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement, as well as any disputes arising from it, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform is located.
2. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at the Platform’s location.

Article 11: Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the Platform regarding cloud mining services.
2. If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
3. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms and risk disclosures of this Agreement and voluntarily assume the associated risks.
